Pattaya City have many restaurant style. On the Pattaya Beach restaurant have a seafood style (Fish, Shrimp, Crab, shell) with the great spices in indian style and thai original style.

On the Central City visitor (traveller) like to eat somtam (Papaya Salad) and say “this is the great food of Thailand“. If  you plan to go to Pattaya don’t miss to eat Somtam.

The Central Thai version tends to be quite mild and much sweeter, in comparison, and often contains crushed peanuts, and less likely to have padaek or brined crab. These are typically raw, so the Thai government periodically warns about hepatitis risk. Dried brine shrimp are also used in this version, commonly referred to som tam rama. There are also versions that are made with unripened mangoes, cucumbers, carrots, and other firm vegetables or unripened fruits.
